Covenant of Blessing

Genesis 14:20

You are bound for judgment because you are robbing me – this whole nation is guilty. “Bring the entire tithe into the storehouseso that there may be food in my temple. Test me in this matter,” says the Lord who rules over all, “to see if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until there is no room for it all.

Giving tithes have deep meaning, more than just giving some (10%) of our finances.

• Giving the tithe states the "covenant" between God and us, that we are His people.

• If we do not give tithe, we are "doomed." It is not that God gives us the curse; we put ourselves under a curse because we had been out of the protection of God and under the world system.

• Tithes release the power of God in your financial life. People who do not give tithe it is said that hit by "curse" which in original language means "not able to resist" (render powerless to resist), but the power of God released him.

It is not less important, to break the power of mammon in our lives. Mammon says that, if we give, then our ability to buy is decreased. But by giving the tithe, we say that money has no power in our lives, because God is the source of life and He meets all our needs. Have you given the tithe regularly?
